Raspberry Coconut Overnight Oats

What snooze button? The thought of luscious layers of raspberry, shredded coconut and banana slices will have you jumping out of bed at the first alarm.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Large Flake Quaker® Oats
  • 11/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup low‑fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup bananas, sliced

How to make it

  1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  2. Add alternate layers of raspberry, shredded coconut and banana slices.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
