Raspberry Coconut Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup Large Flake Quaker® Oats
- 11/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup low‑fat milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup bananas, sliced
How to make it
- In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
- Add alternate layers of raspberry, shredded coconut and banana slices.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
