- Heat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1‑inch balls. Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are to medium doneness (160°F). Serve immediately with sweet and sour glaze, sherried mushroom sauce or your own favourite sauce.
SWEET AND SOUR GLAZE: In small saucepan, combine 1 cup chili sauce or ketchup and 1/2 cup grape jelly; heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with meatballs.
SHERRIED MUSHROOM GLAZE: In small saucepan, combine 1 can (10‑3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, 2 tablespoons sherry and 2 tablespoons milk. (If desired, omit sherry and use 1/4 cup milk.) Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with meatballs.
