Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Large Flake Quaker® Oats
  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low‑fat milk
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

How to make it

  1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  2. Add a layer of Greek yogurt, bananas and top with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
